چکیده

Abstract Objectives The aim of this study is to examine the effect particulate autogenous tooth graft removed with organic matter and type I collagen addition on bone regeneration validate possibility useful allograft material for jaw defects. Material methods Autogenous maker (Korean Dental Solution® KOREA) made not including matter. We used developed grafts experiment. Cell adhesion test hemacytometer energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (Supra40 VP®, Carl Zeiss, Germany) analysis about were performed. Rabbits divided into three groups: (OM) removing group, OM a control group. Bone grafting was performed in rabbit’s calvaria. rabbits sacrificed at different interval 1, 2, 4, 6 weeks after histopathologic observation observed by SEM, H-E & Masson stains, osteocalcin IHC staining. Result In vitro cytopathological showed affinity cells, cell attachment pattern, proliferation order OM-removed collagen-treated results degree mineralization opposite those previous experimental results, group relatively higher than Histopathologic that vascularization neonatal formation only. Immunohistochemical (OSC) expression but 4 groups, OSC OM-removed-collagen-treated tooth, somewhat stronger additionally treated tooth. Conclusion Particles do contain matter, saint responsible sufficient through role space maintenance conduction, further improved ability additional treatment. Therefore, research various extracellular substrates autologous materials necessary, this, it possible lay foundation new excellent academic technical utility.

Tooth-derived bone graft material

With successful extraction of growth factors and bone morphogenic proteins (BMPs) from mammalian teeth, many researchers have supported development of a bone substitute using tooth-derived substances. Some studies have also expanded the potential use of teeth as a carrier for growth factors and stem cells. A broad overview of the published findings with regard to tooth-derived regenerative tiss...
